Shrisha Juneja is an associate in Barton’s corporate group. Her practice covers a range of business transactions and corporate governance matters, with a principal focus on middle market mergers and acquisitions. She has advised clients in various industries on asset acquisitions, stock purchases and mergers.

Shrisha has served as the lead associate on numerous transactions.  She has significant experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal execution and advising on strategic considerations across all aspects of a deal—from due diligence to closing and post-closing matters.  Her background as an investment banker and keen insight into market dynamics allow her to counsel clients on their value creation efforts while anticipating and minimizing deal risk.

In addition to advising clients on M&A transactions, Shrisha routinely supports clients with general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate formation and governance, commercial agreements and private placements.

Shrisha received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. Shrisha also holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and received a B.S., with highest honors, in Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Prior to joining Barton, Shrisha was an associate in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of a global banking group, where she covered corporate clients across the energy, mining, agriculture and chemicals industries.
