Barton Leads the Legal Session at BritishAmerican Business’s “Accelerate Workshop” for US Inbound Companies

In partnership with BusinessAmerican Business, Barton LLP recently hosted a virtual workshop on “Legal Considerations for Doing Business in the US” as part of BritishAmerican Business’ Accelerate Program Series. The workshop provided insights from industry veterans on how to navigate the various legal and regulatory considerations at play when expanding one’s business into the United States, giving practical steps and proactive strategies for preparing businesses for success amidst the U.S. legal landscape. The workshop was moderated by managing partner Roger Barton and featured Barton practice leaders Ian Shane (international tax) and Kenneth Rashbaum (data privacy & cybersecurity).
