Partner Kenneth Rashbaum to Present at CLE Seminar on Ethics in Technology on April 29th

In concert with Seton Hall Law School, Partner Kenneth Rashbaum will discuss ethical challenges in electronic communications, artificial intelligence, data search modalities, and other technology tools at the upcoming CLE seminar “The Duty of Technological Competence and Other Ethical Issues Relating to Technology and Law Practice” on Thursday, April 29. The seminar, which will focus on the ethical obligations of attorneys being conversant in the technology of the matters they handle, will also feature Michele Schaap (Member, Chiesa Shahinian Giantomasi PC) and Dr. David Opderbeck (Professor of Law and Co-Director, Gibbons Institute of Law, Science & Technology).
