Partner Kenneth Rashbaum Speaks at Life Sciences AI Summit on Creating Strategic AI Partnerships

Partner Kenneth Rashbaum recently spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 2^nd Annual Life Sciences AI Summit, which ran from February 20-21, at the New York City Bar Association.

The summit provided essential insights into navigating artificial intelligence technology in life sciences and explored the legal, regulatory, and compliance topics necessary for safe and responsible innovation in the biopharma and medical device/diagnostic industries.

On February 21^st, Ken took part in a session titled, “Forging Strategic AI Partnerships in the Life Sciences: Building Success from Research to Implementation.” The session explored how to build seamless partnerships with AI providers that bridge research and clinical use, driving real-world innovation in diagnostics, drug discovery, and personalized care. The session covered topics such as:

• Mastering collaboration challenges such as data sharing, model deployment, and regulatory compliance
• Avoiding common pitfalls like misaligned goals, data privacy issues, and technical barriers
• Crafting agreements that create sustainable relationships between provider and customer, while also prioritizing patient safety, data security, and ethical AI practices
• Entering post-partnership success by integrating AI solutions into clinical workflows
