Partner Kenneth Rashbaum Moderates Panel at First Annual ABA Virtual International Litigation Skills Conference on May 26th

Partner Kenneth Rashbaum recently moderated a panel as part of the American Bar Association’s First Annual Virtual International Litigation Skills Conference, which ran May 26-27, 2021. Hosted by the ABA’s International Law Section, the conference focused on addressing the specialized set of issues related to the law and logistics of cross-border litigation.

Ken moderated a “master class” entitled Privacy Versus Discovery: GDPR, the Electronic Information Storage Act and Other Issues that explored practical solutions to electronic litigation discovery across borders. Panel members included Anna Mercado Clark (Phillips Lytle LLP); Daniel Bishop (Osborne Clarke LLP); John T. Wolak (Gibbons P.C.); and Michael Simon (XPAN Law Partners).
