Partner Ken Rashbaum will speak to the ACC Westchester/Southern Connecticut chapter alongside IBM Senior Counsel Catherine Quinlan during a rather untraditional, interactive presentation that will address the ethical challenges of practicing law across electronic frontiers. The presentation is designed to include how to satisfy the duty of technological knowledge and competence, keeping client information and communications secure, and protecting that information across national borders within which privilege laws may differ significantly from those in the U.S.
