Partner Ken Rashbaum to be a Panelist at the Annual Meeting for the Association of Corporate Counsel in Las Vegas

Partner Ken Rashbaum will be part of a panel delivering a “Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Update” on October 24^th at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s annual meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ACC is a global bar association that promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel through information, education, networking opportunities, and advocacy initiatives.

The panel will discuss a number of data privacy and cybersecurity topics such as managing practices through contract provisions, challenges faced by companies due to increasing numbers of cyberattacks, and the need to keep pace with the consistently evolving global privacy landscape. They will also cover best practices for negotiating and drafting privacy and cybersecurity provisions across jurisdictions, especially in the European Union, United States, and China.

Other panel members will include Gayle Gorvett (GGorvett Consulting LLC); Samantha Guo (China Telecom Americas); and Ram Menon, Sr. (Johnson Controls International).
