Partner Kenneth Rashbaum was a featured speaker for a GDPR data privacy webinar co-produced by Financial Poise and West LegalEdcenter titled, “Introduction to EU General Data Protection Regulation: Planning, Implementation, and Compliance.”

Since its implementation in 2018, the GDPR has changed the way the world collects, stores, and sends personal data by requiring businesses to protect the personal data of EU citizens, whether the business itself is in the EU or elsewhere. The webinar delved into the GDPR’s applicability, its requirements, and how organizations can meet its strict standards to avoid heavy fines for non-compliance.
