Partner Ken Rashbaum recently co-presented a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program at Fordham University School of Law, where he also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law. The CLE was part of Fordham’s “Bridge the Gap” program, which offers attorneys of all levels—from newly admitted to seasoned veterans—the opportunity to complete CLE courses on a variety of legal subject matters.

New York State was the first state to require CLE in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection. Ken’s recent Cybersecurity & Data Privacy panel presentation helped to fulfill this need by educating attorneys on the security risks, responsibilities, and safeguards that lawyers must consider when it comes to both their own practices and their clients’ businesses, for CLE credit.
