Partner Ken Rashbaum Speaks on Change Management for Fordham Law School; Ethics in Technology for Rechtman Consulting

On April 5, 2024, Partner Ken Rashbaum was a presenter for the program, “The Business of Law: Change Management for Lawyers” at Fordham Law School where he serves as an Adjunct Professor.

The interactive session “gamified” change management and allowed attendees to work in teams to advise and guide theoretical clients through an organizational business change. Speakers spoke about how attendees could gain a tactical edge through learning the steps necessary for effective change management. Speakers also shared their personal experiences of what it’s like to manage through major change. Ken’s fellow speakers included:

Additionally, on April 4, Ken was also a speaker on “Ethics Standards in Technology” for a CLE hosted by Rechtman consulting.

The CLE covered topics such as the legal obligations of clients and law firms regarding data protection, how clients and law firms can manage technology risks, and how to handle attorney ethics issues when they arise.
