Partner Ken Rashbaum was profiled in the Winter 2025 Edition of Primerus Paradigm Magazine in two articles titled, “Attorney helps clients navigate ever-evolving cyber threat landscape,” and “A 9/11 survivor put his memories of the tragic day into book form.”
In the first piece, Ken talks about how his cybersecurity practice has evolved over the years with the advancement of technology, especially the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), cryptocurrency, and the explosion in artificial intelligence use.
The second piece chronicles Ken’s experience on September 11, 2001, and how this inspired him to complete a work of fiction, published in 2006, based around the events of that day.
