Richard “Dick” Block has been nationally recognized by Chambers USA as a leading practitioner in Labor & Employment and Labor Relations. His practice encompasses a variety of labor and employment capabilities, including collective bargaining negotiations and complex employment litigation. His deep experience advising and litigating L&E matters for management clients, Fortune 500 companies, and financial institutions makes him an invaluable asset to our practice group.
Ali Fowler concentrates her practice in Labor and Employment and Intellectual Property. She represents employers of all sizes in a broad array of employment and human resource issues. This includes workforce and management training, employment agreements, separation and termination negotiations, protecting and enforcing trade secrets, EEOC investigations, and non-solicitation and non-competition agreements. In her IP practice, Ali concentrates on domestic trademark clearance and prosecution as well as trademark and trade secret litigation.
