Partner Alvan L. Bobrow Speaks at New York Law School Graduate Program’s Master Tax Seminar

Tax Partner Alvan L. Bobrow was recently a featured lecturer for the New York Law School’s CLE Master Tax Seminar on Thursday, September 30th. Alvan and fellow panelists dissected the European Union’s newest tax transparency rules for digital platforms operating in the EU market. The seminar also explored how these new compliance obligations will affect digital platform-based sellers in both the EU and the US, while addressing these developments from both a technical and practical standpoint.

Program chairmen included Stanley C. Ruchelman of Ruchelman PLLC and Peter Utterström of Peter Utterström Advokat AB. Other speakers included Paul Kraan of Van Campen Liem; Nick Magone of Magone & Company, PC; and Niklas Schmidt of Wolf Theiss. Collectively, speakers represented the United States, Sweden, Austria, and the Netherlands.
