On October 20th, Managing Partner Roger Barton addressed the International Legal Affairs Network (ILAN) at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 2025 annual meeting in Philadelphia.
ACC ILAN’s mission is to identify a wide range of international legal-business resources that help its corporate counsel members provide added client value in a cost-effective and time-savings manner. The network assists with the ACC’s globalization efforts and the improvement of understanding of international issues.
Roger is a frequent speaker for the ACC ILAN group, addressing topics such as pressing legal issues affecting New York-based businesses, the challenges of navigating international business transactions and related dispute resolution, and leadership and crisis management.
