Barton LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Symons has joined as a Partner in its New York office.
Jeff has represented corporations and private equity firms on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $195 billion. He concentrates his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, restructurings, related-party transactions, and corporate finance.
His experience spans key industries including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology services, telecommunications, energy, transportation and air freight services, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and media and entertainment.
