Barton Represents Trustbridge Partners in $50 Million Funding Round for Cherre, Inc.

Barton recently represented global private equity firm Trustbridge Partners as it led a $50 million funding round for Cherre, Inc., a real estate data management and analytics platform launched in 2016. The successful Series B round will allow Cherre to expand its platform offerings and launch its customer advisory board, among other things.

Trustbridge Partners is a global growth-oriented private equity firm founded in 2006 with approximately $11 billion assets under management. The firm invests globally in innovative, high quality growth opportunities in various stages across technology, healthcare, and media. Trustbridge provides patient, long-term capital and partners with management teams building products and services that improve lives globally.

In a press release, Cherre CEO and co-founder L.D. Salmanson commented on the decision to partner with Trustbridge: “Selecting partners was actually very easy as Trustbridge, Glilot, and all our investors in this round are equally passionate about aggressively changing the world while embodying and staying true to our values.”
