Partner Marc Dedman Speaks as Part of International Panel for the Association of Corporate Counsel

Nashville Partner-in-charge Marc Dedman recently spoke as part of an international panel for the Association of Corporate Counsel International Legal Affairs Network’s program on international contract drafting. Marc provided insight regarding the dispute resolution aspects of international contracts and was joined by fellow panel members representing firms from all over the world, including Germany, Serbia, Switzerland, Singapore/China, Brazil, and Austria.
