On May 5, 2026, Partner Tara Aaron-Stelluto is slated to speak at the International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting in London, England.
INTA is a global network of brand owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property. Its annual meeting allows various brand and intellectual property professionals from around the globe to come together and trade business insights, discuss legal developments, and share best practices.
Tara is a member of INTA’s Data Protection Committee, which will be hosting a panel titled, “A Global Perspective on Non-Personal Data Regulation.”
With the emergence of frameworks like the EU Data Act and the Data Governance Act, the regulation of non-personal data, especially data from connected devices, has become increasingly relevant. This panel will examine how jurisdictions around the world are regulating access to and use of such data and how this intersects with broader debates around data as an intangible asset.
