Roger Barton Published in Thomson Reuters: “SEC cybersecurity and climate rules: Where are they now?"

In his latest article for Thomson Reuters, Roger provides updates on two topics he’s written about previously: the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) new rules on cybersecurity and their new rules on climate disclosures. Roger (1) looks at how the cybersecurity rules are playing out in actuality as companies begin to disclose real cyber incidents and (2) examines the litigation challenges that have (at least temporarily) stalled the implementation of the climate disclosure rules.
