Sheldon Eisenberger is a Partner in Barton’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. With over 30 years of experience, he represents clients in sophisticated commercial disputes involving: bankruptcy, estates and trusts, finance, real estate, securities, tax, and white-collar defense.
Sheldon has tried many cases to conclusion in a wide array of venues including U.S. District Courts, state courts, bankruptcy courts, and tax courts throughout the country.
In addition to his litigation and arbitration mediation practice, Sheldon is also sought after to represent clients in the Beth Din arena for those clients who prefer arbitrations governed by Jewish Halachic law, which also incorporates secular law. He has also arbitrated many commercial matters before the Diamond Dealers Club and American Arbitration Association.
Sheldon maintains an active representation in international financial markets, especially in Israel.
Together with the firm’s transactional attorneys, Sheldon counsels clients in a variety of commercial matters including M&A; joint ventures; real estate; finance; taxation; wealth management and asset protection; and restructuring and dissolution of business interests.
