Roger E. Barton Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America

Managing Partner Roger E. Barton has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honorary society that represents less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers who are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
 
Roger is a commercial litigator with an international reputation for achieving outstanding results. He has been rated by The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel Magazine and the National Law Journal as one of the Top Commercial Litigators in the United States and has an “AV Preeminent” peer review rating in Martindale-Hubbell – the highest rating in the legal industry for professional excellence and ethical standards. He has consistently been selected to Super Lawyers in the New York Metro Area, from 2013 to present. Roger is an active speaker and a contributor to various publications on the topics of law firm management and the business of law. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
