William KangĀ is a commercial litigation associate at Barton.

William has represented clients in both Federal and State Courts and in arbitration before The American Arbitration Association. In addition to corporate and partnership disputes, William has represented clients in the areas of complex surety bond, fidelity bond and construction litigation. While in law school, he served as an Article Editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul Martin Newby of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. William received his J.D. from Duke University of Law and a B.A. in economics-mathematics from Columbia University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
